Ken-oo-SY-ga- This art was developed in the 80's by Japanese artist Maeno Takashi. This take on Oshie, a fabric art, allows more accessibility, making the art form popular among both amateur and professional artists. It's meditative and peaceful.

About the event
Kinusaiga is a fun and relaxing art that can take on so many different looks. You create your artwork with fabric.. and NO sewing! This is one of my new favorites. We have all the supplies, including lots of fabric choices and patterns to choose from. If you are not able to complete your project, you will have access to everything you need to take it home and finish. You may also join us later for an Open Studio time and finish it then.
We have water, lemonaide, and snacks for you to enjoy. Feel free to bring a waterbottle or drink of choice, preferably with lids.
Reach out if you have any questions, happy to help.
